We work in every part of the city.

  • Downtown and central Kingston: Downtown, Sydenham Ward, Williamsville, University District, Kingscourt, Portsmouth, Calvin Park, Polson Park, Grenville Park, Hillendale, Strathcona Park and Rideau Heights.
  • The west end: Cataraqui, Lyndenwood, Reddendale, Point Pleasant, Lakeland Point, Henderson Place, Auden Park, Sutton Mills, Bayridge, Westwoods, Cataraqui Woods, Woodhaven, Collins Bay and Westbrook.
  • North of the 401: Glenburnie, Elginburg, Kingston Mills and Joyceville.
  • East of the river: Barriefield, Fort Henry Heights, Greenwood Park, Kingston East and Milton.

Kingston's housing runs from 19th-century limestone to new builds in the west end, and the plumbing varies just as much. Older homes downtown may still have clay or cast-iron sewer laterals and galvanized supply lines. Houses from the late 1970s to mid-1990s may have Poly-B. We'll tell you what you've got.

On city water, the municipal side is looked after by Utilities Kingston (24-hour line 613-546-1181). Everything on your side of the property line is ours to fix.

Wolfe, Howe and Amherst islands

Yes, we work on the islands. Wolfe Island (Marysville and the rest of the island) is a ferry ride from downtown Kingston, Howe Island from the east end of the city, and Amherst Island (Stella and Emerald) from Millhaven.
